How the price is formed
- We do interior demolition only – no demolition of buildings and no outdoor work.
- For a request we need an exact description or photos – without them we cannot estimate the scope of work.
- Demolition work by the hour: 1 worker 40 €/h on weekdays (Sat 46 €/h, Sun 52 €/h).
- Debris removal by container or vehicle: 2 workers and a 14 m³ van 84 €/h or a 21 m³ van 96 €/h; the container price depends on its volume.
- The waste station charges by the cubic metre: construction and demolition waste 41.30 €/m³ – see removal.
- Demolition waste is sorted by type: concrete, wood, plaster, tiles, appliances.
- We do not transport hazardous waste, liquids or chemicals.
- No travel time in central Tallinn; on the outskirts and in Harju County travel time is added – see terms.

Interior demolition before renovation
If you are planning to redesign or renovate your home, demolishing partition walls, old floor coverings and furniture is often the first step. We do demolition work quickly and carefully so that your renovation can start on time and the space is ready for new solutions.
Besides demolition, we dismantle old appliances and plumbing and collect all the debris. Usable items are sent to reuse where possible, the rest goes to the waste station.
Demolition debris removal
We remove demolition debris either with a container or with a vehicle, depending on the amount. Smaller amounts go by vehicle straight to the waste station; for larger volumes a container is brought to the site.
Demolition waste must be sorted – each type separately, for example concrete, wood, plaster, tiles and appliances. The waste station accepts only sorted waste.
The waste station fee for construction and demolition waste is 41.30 €/m³ (2026, VAT incl.).

Do you remove the demolition debris?
Yes. We collect the debris and remove it by vehicle or container, depending on the amount. Construction and demolition waste costs 41.30 €/m³ at the waste station (2026, VAT incl.).
What do you demolish?
We do interior demolition only: partition walls, floor coverings and ceilings, old furniture and dismantling of plumbing and appliances – mainly when preparing apartments for renovation. We do not demolish buildings or do outdoor work.
What do you not remove?
We do not transport hazardous waste, liquids or chemicals – for example paints, solvents and oils. You can take them to the hazardous waste point of a waste station yourself.
Do you work at weekends?
Yes, we work every day. On Saturday and Sunday the hourly rate is higher, work after 18:00 by special arrangement.
