Miinimumtasu - Time calculation

  • The minimum fee for the removal service and transport service is the first hour’s fee, or according to the service and agreement offered
  • After the first hour, the time is calculated to the nearest quarter of an hour. For example, if the working time is 1 hour and 6 minutes, it is rounded to 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  • Every started quarter is counted

  • Väljaspool Harjumaad
    • Üldajale lisandub ajatasu või kilomeetritasu, et objektile jõuda pealelaadimisele ja pärast töö lõpu tagasi Tallinnasse baasi. Kehtib kui peale- ja mahalaadimis kohad on väljaspool Harjumaad.
    • Algus ja lõpp-punktiks on Mustamäe tee 6b, marsruuti  ja aega arvestatakse vastavalt google.maps kaardi järgi
    • Tööle lisandub peale- ja mahalaadimisaeg vastavalt teenuse hinnakirjale.
    • Ajaarvestus peale esimest tundi veerand tunnise täpsusega. Arvesse läheb iga alustatud veerand tundi.

Start and end of work

  • Tallinn area
    • Areas where no driving time is added to get to and from the object: Kadriorg, Kristiine, North Tallinn, Mustamäe, Lasnamäe start, Nõmme start, Kesklinn.
    • When moving or any other work of our service, the accounting of the work starts when the employee (s) has / have arrived at the site.
    • Ends when the last item has been lifted to the object and the Client has signed the acceptance, delivery deed (delivery note)
    • Timing after the first hour to the nearest hour. Every quarter of the hour started counts.
  • Outside Tallinn (Harju County)
    • Areas where driving time is added to get to and from the object: Laagri, Pääsküla, Pirita, Tiskre, Harku, Lasnamäe end, Viimsi municipality, Kose, Harku municipality, Rae municipality, Saue municipality, Maardu municipality, Saku municipality, Kiili municipality, Jõelähtme municipality and remote areas
    • A time fee is added to the general time to get to the object for loading and after the work is returned to the base in Tallinn. Valid if loading and unloading points are outside Tallinn.
    • The start and end point are Mustamäe tee 6b, the route and time are calculated according to the google.maps map
    • Loading and unloading time is added to the work according to the price list of the service.

  • SPECIAL LIFTING WORKS –
    • Special lifting work is work in which 1 unit to be moved or transported weighs more than 90 kg and which must be lifted only by physical force.
    • Special lifting work is work where the element to be moved or transported does not fit through doors and other narrow spaces within a reasonable effort.
    • The price of the special lifting work has been previously agreed with the Client through correspondence.
    • If the Client does not mention in advance in the correspondence that this is a heavier element, the removal team will coordinate the price with the Client on site and perform the lifting service (if prepared for this).
    • If the Client does not mention the heavy element in advance, the moving team has the right to cancel the special lifting work.
      The difference in the price list according to the calendar day – from Monday to Friday during the opening hours is the price of a working hour according to the price list of the selected service. On Saturdays, prices are higher than on weekdays. Sunday is the highest price..

What is the difference between a transport and a moving service? Definitions.

  • Service “Transport service” – Driver with transport. It is assumed that there is a reasonable amount of loading and unloading work that can be taken by the driver alone and does not exceed 15 minutes after loading and 15 minutes after unloading. Assumes that the goods are either on the trestle or right at the front door.
    • If you order a “Transport Service” for a removal job, the driver will help you store the car (inside the cargo area – correct and spacious placement and fastening). Transport by us and loading and unloading work by the customer.
    • Specifics of work: Euro pallets that can be loaded and unloaded with a rocker. Manual: units not exceeding 30 kg and in reasonable quantities. Goods that can be stored in a car with carts. Goods that the customer can load and unload with a forklift.
  • Service “Moving service” – Includes all work that requires physical strength or “towing” with or without transport. The moving service can be used for freight transport if 1 or two men are needed, where the time is longer and the work resource is higher, ie in other words for longer work

Payment and payment deadline

  1. For private individuals – after the end of the work in cash on the basis of a delivery note.
  2. For companies – either in cash after the end of work on the basis of a delivery note or by transfer. When paying by transfer, the payment deadline for the invoice is 1 calendar day after the invoice is issued. The invoice is issued either on the same day as the service or on the next day.
  3. If the Client wishes to receive an invoice in the name of the company requested by the Client and the Client is not a member of the management board of that company, then the Client needs:
    • Letter of guarantee signed by the company – the company guarantees payment for the service.
  4. For cooperation partners and contractual Clients by agreement. Cooperation partners and contractual Clients – Clients who use our service at least 2-3 times a week.

Work load

  • When placing an order, describe the workload and specifics as precisely as possible. For example, there are long corridors, narrow corridors, spiral staircases, narrow stairs, the number of floors, the existence of an elevator, is there a need for platform trolleys, is there a need for an assembly service, is there a need for a packing service? If it is difficult to find a house, describe how to drive better to the door, etc.
  • Determining the workload. Describe the amount of items to be moved. For example, up to 30 boxes, up to 20 bags, 2 beds (for example, mention if you want to disassemble yourself), 2 chests of drawers, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a double sofa bed and a mattress that needs to be film-coated, etc.
  • If the size of the workload described differs significantly from the preliminary information provided, the movers have the right to cancel the order or partially fulfill it, offering an alternative time to complete the work in advance. NB! If the team has 4-5 orders a day, and if the workload of each object is larger than the previously provided information, then the whole daily schedule goes awry and there is a delay everywhere, which can violate the customers’ daily plans.The worst part is that some customers may be left without service. Please pay close attention when describing the workload.
  • Change of work volume, increase – not later than 24 hours before the agreed date and time when moving or on the transport service.

Packing service, pre-move packing

  • Removable – the transported property must be properly packaged by us or the Client, if necessary, before the removal or transportation service.
  • If the property to be moved has not been pre-packed, we will perform our packing service according to the price list of the packing material and the working time spent. If the Customer refuses to pack, the removal company shall not be liable for breakage, soiling or any other scratches or defects.
  • In order to pack things, the Customer must notify in advance so that the team can take the necessary packing material with them.
  • Removable property must be packed in such a way that it does not break during reasonable handling and transport. In case of Customer Packing.

Moving services on weekends and in the evening

  • Working hours / standard tariff – according to the price list:
    • Mon-Fri: 08:00 to 18:00
      Sat: 10:00 to 18:00
      Sun: 12:00 to 18:00
      In exceptional cases: by agreement
    • The standard tariff applies until the service ends no later than 18:00.
    • We also work on weekends and in the evening by prior arrangement.
  • When does the special tariff apply?
    • Evening time. Evening time starts at 18:00 or unless otherwise agreed.
    • Working from Monday to Sunday until 18:00 is the standard tariff according to the price list (applies until 20:00 if the move was started before 16:00 at the latest, ie for longer “services”).
    • Removals starting from 17:30 / 18:00 to 23:00 will be added to the price of the initial hour by 15% of the working hour amount as late evening time. From 23:00, 30% of the initial working hour will be added if night time.
    • For example, if the move had started within a working day (commercial 14m3 and two movers – 45 eur working hour) at 14:00 and ended at 01:00 at night, then the calculation is as follows:
      • From 14:00 to 20:00 the hourly rate is 45 eur, after 20:00 to 23:00 15% will be added to the working hour or 51.75 eur working hour) and from 23:00 to 01:00 30% of the initial working hour amount will be added, ie 58 , 50 eur
        • 14:00 to 20:00. Total 6h x 45 eur
        • 20:00 to 23:00. Total 3h x 51.75 eur
        • 23:00 to 01:00 Total 2h x 58.50 eur

How to submit an reequest or order?

  • The removal service order is submitted only by e-mail.
  • For bookings made by phone, please confirm by e-mail. Otherwise, the order placed by phone will not be considered accepted.
  • Orders are not accepted by phone, only general information and consultation about the “service” by phone.
  • When placing an order:
    • Select the day you want to move, or a range of suitable days.
    • Select the appropriate moving time, or time period.
    • Enter the exact address (house number, apartment number, city) at the place of loading and unloading.
    • What is the floor, is there an elevator, are the staircases narrow or wide?
    • Do you want a packing service?
    • Is it necessary to disassemble and reassemble the furniture
    • Possible exact description of what and how much needs to be moved (several moving boxes, several bags, several pieces of furniture, etc.)

  • Dimensions of furniture and oversized items?
  • Choose how many mover specialists do you want. When ordering 1 moving specialist, please note that someone must help. When ordering 1 moving specialist, the workload must be to a reasonable extent.
  • Do you want to ride with us?
  • If you know that access to your house is difficult, be sure to let us know. Movers can reach you faster.
  • When moving, be sure to arrange a parking space, you can leave a letter in front of the stairwell door one day in advance and ask for the parking space to be free on the day of the move, at a certain time. People are sensible, they understand it. It can happen that there is often no parking space, the road is narrow, the car has to be parked away, which in turn prolongs the moving time and the cost of your financial resources.

How does the move take place outside Harju County?

  • Outside Tallinn (Harju County)

    • A time fee or a kilometer fee is added to the general time in order to get the object loaded and back to the base in Tallinn after the end of the work. Valid if the loading and unloading points are outside Harju County.

How many days before should you give notice of moving?

  • Larger removals. It is recommended to notify your move 1 to 2 weeks in advance, this way we guarantee the availability of the move on the day and time you have chosen.
  • Smaller removals. It is recommended to notify 3 to 5 days in advance.
  • Weekends are always booked in advance, as weekends are the most convenient time for Customers. We recommend booking in advance.
  • The end of the month is always congested, Customers’ rental agreements expire, so if you want to move at the end of the month, we recommend booking the day and time of the move in advance.

What is included in the price of the moving service?

  • The price of the moving service, according to the service, includes the corresponding number of moving specialists
  • Disassembling / assembling simpler furniture. Assembling more complex furniture when ordered separately.
  • Moving equipment, lifting straps, lashing straps
  • Packing.
  • Packaging material for extra charge (bubble wrap, wrapping film, cardboard boxes)

Booking of services and cancellation of booking

  • Cancellation of the reservation is acceptable up to 24 hours before the start of the agreed date of the “service”, in case the order was accepted before
  • If the order is canceled due to the Customer’s reasons less than 24 hours before the start of the “service” on the desired date, the Customer is obliged to pay 1 hour in the price offer made to the Customer via e-mail in accordance with the agreed hourly rate.
  • If the Customer’s request is confirmed within a shorter period of time, ie approximately 24 hours before the provision of the “service”, then the cancellation of the order is acceptable no later than 8 hours before the provision of the “service”.

International moving service

  • The round trip price is calculated back and forth according to the selected service
  • Mileage is calculated from the www.google.maps.com map
  • Loading and unloading time will be added to the price according to the service
  • Ship waiting times, boat tickets, overnight stays, motorway prices are added

Parking on the accommodation facility, parking place

  • When moving, please provide a parking space for a moving car or a permit as close as possible to the building, otherwise the move will take a long time, as it is forbidden to block the road.
  • It is the Client’s responsibility to organise the parking space.
  • If there is paid parking at the loading or unloading object, the amount of parking will be added to the service on the basis of the parking receipt.

Additional information:

  • By filling in the request or order form on the page www.uksestukseni.ee, the Client confirms and agrees to the terms of use reflected on this page.
  • Hourly prices for moving services are set out in the price list. VAT has already been added to the prices. Generally, a personal quote will be made for each move, unless otherwise agreed.
  • When moving, please provide a parking space for a moving car or a permit as close as possible to the building, otherwise the move will take a long time, as it is forbidden to block the road.
  • The property to be moved must be the customer’s or the customer has the right to move the property to be moved from one place to another
  • The removal company is not responsible for the origin of the assets and does not interfere in the division of assets. The removal team proceeds from the customer’s request and thus assumes the customer’s responsibility to move the assets from one place to another.
  • Movable property must, within reasonable efforts, fit through doors and other confined spaces. The removal company shall not dismantle the doors, windows, walls, etc. of the house or apartment without prior information.
  • After the completion of the work, the Client will be given a service delivery-acceptance certificate with all information about the offered service (start, end, working hours, quantity and price of materials used. Total amount of the service. By signing, the Client confirms that everything is moving with your moving property.
  • Removable property must be packed in such a way that it does not break during reasonable handling and transport. If there is Customer Packing.
  • All movable property must be properly packed. If the Customer refuses to pack, the company is not responsible for breakage, dirt or other scratches or defects.

Our responsibility

  • The removal company shall be liable for any damage to the customer’s property or building during loading or transport
  • The removal company shall not be liable for the breakage and defect of the property if it was insufficiently / incorrectly packaged / not packed at all by the Customer.
  • Use our packing service. With our packing service, we guarantee the safety of the movable property against defects during transportation and relocation.
  • The removal company is not responsible for the consequences that the Client or other persons unrelated to the removal company may cause (for example, the client and the client’s friends help to load things), and the removal company does not take responsibility for the actions of third parties This includes all kinds of material damage and all kinds of injuries resulting from incorrect work practices.
  • Complaints can only be submitted in writing via “e-mail” within 3 calendar days. Subsequent claims will not be accepted. Any disputes and misunderstandings will be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the situation will be resolved in accordance with the legislation in force in Estonia.
