How the price is formed
- For a request we need an exact description or photos – without them we cannot estimate the volume and time.
- The price has two parts: our hourly rate + the waste station fee.
- For a very small amount we offer a fixed price.
- The working time depends on the size of the apartment, the amount of junk, the floor and the lift. Time is counted in 15-minute steps.
- The waste station charges by the cubic metre: bulky waste 31 €/m³, construction and demolition waste 41.30 €/m³ – see removal.
- We do not transport hazardous waste, liquids or chemicals.
- No travel time in central Tallinn; on the outskirts and in Harju County travel time is added – see terms.

When an apartment is full of old things and junk, it is time to give it a fresh start. Before renovation, sale or renting out, we remove old furniture, appliances, clothes and everything else you no longer need and hand over the rooms empty. We know how to carry out a large amount of things quickly and properly.
Clearing a home after the passing of a loved one
Losing a loved one is a hard time, and clearing their home can be emotionally difficult. We work quickly and respectfully – we help put the apartment in order and take away everything that is no longer needed.
How to save on clearance
Come to the waste station with us
For private persons and Tallinn residents the waste station fee is much lower. You can come along in your own car or with us and pay at the waste station yourself – bring your ID card.
Pass on usable items
Furniture and things in good condition can go to reuse, for example to Uuskasutuskeskus. Agree on the acceptance with them in advance.
Sort the waste
Sorted waste is cheaper than mixed waste – packaging, wood and construction waste separately.
Dismantle furniture
A dismantled wardrobe takes less space and you do not pay for the empty inside at the waste station.

How much does apartment clearance cost?
The price consists of our hourly rate and the waste station fee. On weekdays 2 workers and a 14 m³ van cost 84 €/h or 2 workers and a 21 m³ van 96 €/h, time is counted in 15-minute steps. For a very small amount we offer a fixed price. Send photos or an exact description for an accurate estimate.
How much does the waste station charge?
Tallinn waste stations charge by the cubic metre: bulky waste (unusable furniture) 31 €/m³, construction and demolition waste 41.30 €/m³ (2026 prices, VAT incl.). For private persons and Tallinn residents the fee is lower if you pay at the waste station yourself with your ID card.
What do you not remove?
We do not transport hazardous waste, liquids or chemicals – for example paints, solvents, oils, medicines and pesticides. You can take them to the hazardous waste point of a waste station yourself.
Do you also clear basements, attics and garages?
Yes. Besides apartments we clear basements, attics, garages and houses in Tallinn and Harju County.
Can usable items go to reuse?
Yes. We can take furniture and things in good condition, for example, to Uuskasutuskeskus if the acceptance has been agreed with them in advance.
